Who you are dealing with

redug432 is software developed and provided by Onur Palit, an individual developer based in Türkiye.

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Your payment contract is with Lemon Squeezy and is governed by their terms; your licence to use the software is governed by the terms on this page.

By buying or using redug432, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install the software.

What you are buying

You are buying a licence to use redug432 on Windows, not ownership of the software. The purchase is a one-time payment and includes a 5-year licence. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

The licence is for your personal use, on the computers you use. You may not resell it, rent it out, redistribute it, or share your licence key publicly.

You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the licensing of the software, except where the law of your country expressly allows it regardless of what this agreement says.

What you need before it will work

Installing VB-Cable is a one-time, two-minute step, and setup instructions are provided after purchase. VB-Cable is subject to VB-Audio's own terms, and I am not responsible for it.

redug432 requires Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit.

Refunds

If redug432 fails to run on a supported system, or fails to do what this site says it does, contact redug432@redug432.com and I will refund you in full.

Before you ask for a refund, please write to me and describe the problem. Most issues turn out to be a VB-Cable setup step, and they are usually fixed in one email. But if you would rather simply have the refund, say so and you will get it. You will not be argued with.

Refunds are not offered because you changed your mind about how 432 Hz tuning sounds. That is a matter of taste, and it is exactly what the software does. Decide whether you want that before buying.

What redug432 does not promise

redug432 shifts the pitch of your system audio. That is the whole claim, and it is the only claim.

No health, therapeutic, medical or wellbeing benefit is claimed or implied. 432 Hz tuning is an aesthetic preference. There is no credible evidence that it heals, cures, or improves anything, and nothing on this site should be read as saying otherwise.

The software is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind beyond the refund promise above. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

Support is by email, at redug432@redug432.com. It is one person answering, so allow a little time — but you will get an answer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Nothing here removes any consumer protection you have under the law of the country you live in.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Changes do not apply retroactively to a licence you have already bought.
