Who is behind redug432
redug432 is developed and provided by Onur Palit, an individual developer based in Türkiye. There is no company entity behind it at this time.
For anything related to this policy, or to your data, write to redug432@redug432.com. Every message gets a reply.
What the application does with your audio
No audio ever leaves your computer. Not a sample, not a fingerprint, not a summary.
redug432 shifts the pitch of sound already playing on your PC. The processing happens locally, in memory, on your machine. Nothing is recorded, nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored. Your microphone is never opened.
What the application sends over the internet
Exactly one thing: your license key, to check that it is valid.
Your license key is issued by Lemon Squeezy, the payment platform that handles purchases of redug432. When the application starts, it contacts Lemon Squeezy to confirm the key is genuine and still active. That request carries the license key itself, and the technical information any internet connection carries, such as your IP address.
There is no other connection. No analytics, no crash reporting, no usage tracking, no advertising. The application does not know what you listen to, and neither do I.
What happens when you buy
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. This means Lemon Squeezy — not I — collects your payment details and handles the transaction.
I never see your card number. What I receive from Lemon Squeezy is limited to what is needed to fulfil and support the order: your email address, and the fact that a purchase was made.
Lemon Squeezy processes your data under its own privacy policy, which you should read before purchasing: lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
This website
There is no analytics on this site. No tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no visitor profiling.
Three things do happen when you load this page:
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. This means your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which reveals your IP address to Google. Google describes this in its privacy policy.
- Your language choice is stored in your own browser. If you pick a language from the switcher, that choice is saved locally on your device so the site remembers it next time. It is never sent anywhere. Clearing your browser data removes it.
- An affiliate script from Lemon Squeezy runs. If you arrived through an affiliate link, it records that referral so the affiliate is credited for the sale.
Your rights
If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another region with comparable law, you have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to its processing.
In practice, the only personal data connected to you here is your email address and purchase record, both held by Lemon Squeezy. Write to redug432@redug432.com and I will act on your request, or point you to Lemon Squeezy where the data sits with them.
